The location was exceptionally nice, around 10-15 minutes walk from Hot Water. There were shopping centres and a supermarket around the hotel. - the Queen studio had a great bed.

Tbh, had a really really nice stay for one night. Everything was perfect, the parking was onsite, the room was well laid out and well-kept. The location was particularly good and perfect, within easy walking distance of Polynesian Spa.

Affordable and cheap meals. Huge & great value for money unit with enough lockers for everyone. Absolutely perfect location to Racing Rotorua...

The staff here are wonderfully helpful and you can conveniently park your car on-site, the location is ideal and peaceful, just a 15-minute stroll to Tamaki Maori Village.

Also, their service is top-notch. I was really impressed with their laundry and room amenities. The place has a nice leisure swimming pool and garden area. The free Wi-Fi in the room was awesome too.

Bathrooms were small and few, and the limited power points made charging multiple devices a challenge. No lift was available, and there was no TV remote in the room.
